The Cottage
The cottage is entered via the kitchen or via the main sitting room.

As you enter the kitchen you will find a modern shaker style complete with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker and hob. There is a fridge freezer located in the utility room also.
​
Off the kitchen is a large dining room with river views which can seat up to 8. It also doubles as an extra sitting room with a sofa and TV area.
3 bedrooms and a bathroom are accessed via the corridor from the kitchen heading towards to the main sitting room.

Bedroom 1 (river views) – Large double with wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, side tables and a Pure Digital Radio.
Main Bathroom – A spacious room with Bath, Electric shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink.

Bedroom 2 (river views) – Single room with side table and a chest of drawers and a digital radio.
Bedroom 3 (river Views) – Twin room with wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table and a digital radio.
Main Sitting Room (river views) – This is a large room with a Corner Sofa, Wood Burner, Wall Mounted TV, DVD/Blue Ray Player and a BOSE soundlink system.
From the sitting room you can access bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4 – Large double, dressing table, side table and a Pure Digital Radio. There is a wardrobe for this room in the utility room.
The sitting room also offers access to a separate toilet, a utility with washer/dryer, fridge freezer and a wardrobe for guests use.
There is a separate shower room also.
